We have now developed a Course for Managers and Team Leaders to help them develop and sustain the productivity of their teams.

Leadership Essential Skills

The Leader course is delivered in 6 “bite-size” training modules covering:
1) Motivating Teams,
2) Giving Effective Feedback,
3) Creating Time To Think,
4) Effective Communication,
5) Planning & Delegating and
6) Leading High Performing Teams

Each module lasts 3 hours and can be delivered in one session or split over 2 x 1.5 hr sessions.

Numerous modules can also be combined to create a 1- or 2- day course.

Training on-site in your organisation to:
1) groups or
2) individuals and a remote webinar option is also available.

Participants will develop their own Action Plan throughout the training modules for implementation after the training.

Advice and coaching is available throughout from Productivity Consultant Moira Dunne.

All participants will receive:
1) access to Leadership & Productivity articles and
2) a suite of templates to boost their productivity.
