Yesterday I delivered my annual webinar for the Ibec Workplace Wellbeing Day. Building on this year’s The KeepWell Mark theme of Belonging, I talked about how we can work better together.

I am always impressed when so many productive people take time out of their busy days for a free learning session! 126 tuned in yesterday – a clear signal of how relevant this topic is right now in our increasingly busy, hybrid working worlds?

2026 Wellbeing Theme

As this theme resonated so strongly (scroll down for some feedback) I will be including this content in many of my Team Workshops and Talks going forward.

The 3 key things we discussed:

  1. Belonging is built through everyday behaviours, not just policies & events
  2. Clear priorities and plans reduce stress and improve wellbeing and performance
  3. Trust grows through consistency and follow‑through from leaders and individuals

The discussion reinforced the value of practical, experience‑based conversations around wellbeing, collaboration and how the work really gets done.

All the good stuff we know we should be doing, right? But it’s hard to keep this in focus when deadlines loom and delivery requests pile up.
